Radio Network Affiliation Agreement

NOW COMES ALTered with Fletcher Ford (“NETWORK” — alteredradio.com · info@alteredradio.com · 815-264-2289) and , whose address is , licensee of radio station , licensed to , serving the market (“STATION”).

Air day and time: STATION will air the Program at (Station local time).

Airing ALTered on more than one station? Add each one — every station listed is covered by this Agreement, with its own air slot and market exclusivity.

Station agrees to the following:

  1. Station will accept internet cloud download of the one-hour weekly program "ALTered with Fletcher Ford" (the "Program") through the Network's affiliate portal.
  2. Station will air each week's Program as produced by the Network, in its entirety, at least one time each week on each station covered by this Agreement, in the air day and time stated for that station (or such other regular weekly slot as Station and Network confirm in writing).
  3. Station will clear all network inventory embedded in the Program (4 minutes per hour). These minutes are sold by, and belong to, the Network. Station may sell and insert local commercials in the 8 minutes of local inventory provided each hour.
  4. Station will not edit, alter, or excerpt Program content, imaging, or branding except to insert local inventory in the breaks provided. Program content remains the property of the Network.
  5. Monthly affidavits are NOT required, but Station will provide airing confirmation as reasonably requested by the Network.
  6. This Agreement applies to any heirs, successors, or subsequent owners of Station.

Network agrees to the following:

  1. Network will provide the complete, ready-to-air one-hour Program by 5:00 PM Eastern Time each Friday, via the Network's affiliate portal or cloud delivery, at no charge. This is a 100% barter arrangement — no cash fees in either direction.
  2. Market exclusivity: while this Agreement is active, the Network will not affiliate with another station in Station's market as identified above.
  3. Network guarantees Station right of first refusal on future network products.

General terms:

  1. Either party may cancel this Agreement with 30 days' written notice to the other party (email suffices).
  2. This Agreement may be amended only by written mutual consent of both parties.
  3. Electronic execution: Station executes this Agreement on screen with the signature and typed name and title of an authorized representative; the Network records the signer's name, title, date, time, and IP address. THIS AGREEMENT IS NOT BINDING UNTIL APPROVED BY THE NETWORK — approval is recorded in the Network's affiliate system, activates Station's portal access, and is confirmed to Station.
